We transformed this 1970s 3x1 attached dwelling into a light and bright 4x1 contemporary beach home. Working alongside the homeowners, we designed the alfresco roofline, which features four skylights to maximise light. The project also included the removal of 60m3 to construct a 2m high retaining wall at the rear to create a private backyard.
